Finish it off with a pinch of salt and squirt of citrus for even more fresh flavor.
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, avocados, and cilantro. Stir in garlic, onions, salt, and pepper. Squeeze lemon and lime over the top, and toss. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Makes four servings; total preparation time, 45 minutes.
